Terms and Conditions

Delivery:
All new products purchased through DoubleGlass Longboards Pty. Ltd. are delivered to the buyers door fully insured for any damage between the shop and the buyers door. It is the buyers responsibility to check the products delivered for any damage as soon as they are recieved, and report any problems to DoubleGlass Longboards immediately (within 24 hours of receipt). DoubleGlass Longboards will package all products in such a way as to limit the possibility of damage as much as possible.

Freight:
All freight costs within Australia are paid by the buyer (these prices are listed in checkout).  For delivery to "Other" postage regions, the customer will be contacted to determine freight costs. Orders for products in stock will be dispatched within 5-7 days (you will be informed of any hold ups within 3 working days).

Refunds:
Refunds/returns are only available where the product has been damaged in transit, or where DoubleGlass Longboards are notified of a cancellation immediately after an order is placed. DoubleGlass Longboards will notify the buyer within 3 working days if products are not available (where they are listed as "in stock") or if there is to be a delay in the delivery.

Privacy Policy:
Your personal details are stored securely in a database and can be removed at your request.
Your personal details will not be used in any way other than:
- to contact you regarding your order,
- to provide the nominated freight company with your delivery address and contact details.

DoubleGlass Longboards reserve the right to remove advertisements when required.
